DOT (USC) Urine Specimen Collection TextBook Training method for $49.95 . Students under this particular texbook course will not be able to access our ONLINE training database, however they will receive complete training materials, DOT training video and collection supply kit items needed to pass the exam and 5 mocks required by the Department of Transportation and become certified.
Please note: In order to be certified as a urine specimen collector, students will need to take the exam & 5 mocks demonstration evaluation. There will be an additional fee of $25 to request, submit & pass the exam and a $25 fee for the 5 mocks online demonstration evaluation in order to receive your Official training documents, certificate and CE credit TextBooks, Materials and supplies will be mailed out within 5-7 days
Students under this particular textbook course will be trained as a DOT urine specimen collector and DOT training instructor, students will not be able to access to our ONLINE training dasabase, however they will receive complete training materials, DOT training video and collection supply kit items needed to pass the exam and 5 mocks required by the Department of Transportation and become certified.
Once student has passed the exam, they will receive their official Training Documents, instructors manual, files and CD's needed to train others in this successful field.

There will be an additional one-time fee of $25 to request and submit the exam and 5 mocks demonstration evaluation online. TextBooks, Materials and supplies will be mailed out within 5-7 days
