With this online course students will be able to interact with an assigned instructor throughout the process. Study Materials, vein & artery arm simulator, Tubes and a supply kit will be mailed out to student.Study guide can be downloaded. Students will complete the Phlebotomy Exam online.
D.O.T Certified Drug Screen Instructor "Train the Trainer" $299 for this online course, Students will be trained as a DOT Urine Specimen Collector as well as a Drug screen CPCT Instructor. Students will be able to start their class right away, they will receive a welcome memo letter by email with information regarding their student ID # and code which will allow them to access their online class and DOT accessment exam.
They will also receive by MAIL a Study Guide , DOT Training video and a complete Collection Supply Kit with Federal CCF forms which would be mailed out to student within 5-7 days.
Once student has passed the exam online, the 5 required mocks must be demonstrated by us through real-time observation on Skype or students have the option by request to use any local certified specimen collector, heathcare professional or laboratory to monitor their 5 mocks, the monitor must verify & sign off on the mocks with signature, student would need to email or mail us a copy of the mocks to make record of completion. A Certificate of Completion, Accreditation Certificate and training documents will be mailed out along with additional instructor files on disc & Instructors Manual.
